Excel machines and parts are covered by a full twelve months on-site parts and labour warranty for the UK and full 12 months parts warranty for overseas.
After the initial twelve month period, Excel offer a continuing warranty service, which can include parts and labour, at highly competitive rates.

Excel maintain a comprehensive stock of replacement parts for each of their machines.
Parts can be collected direct from our Coventry service department or they can be despatched by overnight services to any part of the UK. Overseas locations are shipped by your choice of air or sea carrier. Excel also stock a large range of accessories to fit Excel machines.
